1. Agreeing to these terms

By using pinni you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms are between you and [YOUR NAME OR COMPANY].

2. What pinni is

pinni helps you find shoppable items in an outfit from a Pinterest pin you submit. It shows the items, a price and a link to a seller.

pinni is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc.

3. Your account

• You sign in with Apple and must be at least 13 years old.
• Keep your account safe. You are responsible for what happens under it.
• You can delete your account any time in the app.

4. Your content and links

You may only submit pin links you are allowed to share. Pins and images belong to their creators. pinni shows a credit and a link back to the original pin, and doesn't claim ownership of them.

When you submit a pin you let us analyze it and show the result to other users in the feed with your display name. You can ask us to remove an outfit at any time.

5. What you must not do

• Submit illegal, abusive, hateful, sexual or misleading content.
• Submit content of other people that you have no right to share.
• Abuse the service: bots, scraping, reverse engineering, getting around limits.
• Harass other users or pretend to be someone else.

6. Copyright and takedowns

If you think something in pinni infringes your copyright, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with: who you are, what work is yours, where it appears in pinni (the pin link), a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't allowed, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them, and your signature.

We remove valid content quickly and close accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Reporting and moderation

You can report any pin or user in the app. We review reports and may remove content or accounts that break these terms. You can block users in the app.

8. Prices, sellers and AI results

Results are made by AI and online search, so they can be wrong. Prices, availability and items can change at the seller at any time.

pinni is not a seller. Every purchase is between you and the seller, and we aren't responsible for it. We show one price and one seller per item. We don't promise it is the cheapest or an exact match.

9. Subscriptions

pinni Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $4.99 per month or $34.99 per year (prices may vary by country). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Free accounts get 3 new outfit analyses, once. Pro includes 25 new analyses per month. Looking at outfits already in the feed is always free. Plan limits are shown on the subscription screen and can change with notice.

10. Apple terms

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.

11. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will always work or be error free.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, [YOUR NAME OR COMPANY] isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for purchases you make from sellers. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

13. Ending use

You can stop using pinni any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or the law.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful we will tell you in the app. Using pinni after that means you accept the new terms.

15. Law and disputes

These terms follow [GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS]. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.
